This standard operating manual (SoP) is to find (or monitor) the accepted geotag accuracy. As per the advisory issued by Ministry dated 15.02.2017 the accuracy must be less than 10 meters. The geotag uploaded by MSE but pending for moderation must be check as per the said advisory and accept or reject accordingly,


Any accepted geotag deviating from above said advisory must be re-geotagged. Below are the steps to identify and take corrective actions,

 

Step 1: Search Asset geotags deviating from advisory i.e. geotagged accuracy and photograph quality

1.1   Geotag Accuracy: Open the dashboard report “Geotag Accuracy Monitoring” report to find accepted geotagged asset accuracy not correct.

1.1.1. Search Location: The report will give the count till the Block level and at Panchayat level it lists the assets where accuracy is not correct in 6 groups i.e. “Geotags with accuracy <=10”, “Geotags with Accuracy between 11 and 20”, “Geotags with Accuracy between 21 and 30”, “Geotags with accuracy between 31 and 50”, “Geotags with accuracy between 51 and 100” and “Geotags with Accuracy above 101”.



1.1.2   At Panchayat Level, list of assets with accuracy


1.2.   Photo Quality & Accuracy: Open the dashboard report “Accepted Geotag” to monitor the quality and accuracy. The GAS moderated the geotag can reject the geotag by selecting “View in Map” option.



Step 2: Reject accepted geotag

2.1  From “Search by Asset ID”
2.1.1.   Enable the moderation and search for asset id that is required to reject 

2.1.2.   Select the bubble to open the asset detail window and scroll to the end of “Asset Detail” window, there will be “Reject” and “Flag Work” option. To reject the geotag click on “Reject” button


2.1.3.   Enter the Rejection reason

2.1.4   Again, click the “Reject” button to delete the geotag and below message “Rejected Successfully” will appear



2.2   From “Accepted Geotag” dashboard report (in continuation of point 1.2)

2.2.1.   On click of “View in Map” option will open the asset detail window and scroll the “Asset Detail” window to the end


2.2.2.   Select the bubble to open the asset detail window and scroll to the end of “Asset Detail” window, there will be “Reject” and “Flag Work” option. To reject the geotag click on “Reject” button


2.2.3.   Enter the Rejection reason


2.2.4.   Again, click the “Reject” button to delete the geotag and below message “Rejected Successfully” will appear


Step 3: The asset geotag rejected will be available at MSE for re-geotagging after the assets list is synced on MSE mobile.
